“Lasta” intercity transport lines/routes cover almost the whole territory of the country, connecting all larger town centers on the territory of both Serbia an Yugoslavia. Transport market is serviced with over 170 republican lines/routes and more than 700 daily departures, thus making an average monthly mileage of over 1.281.900 km. The leader of the intercity transport is BO “Lasta” in Belgrade, while the intercity transport is, to smaller or greater extent, also handled/operated by other profit-making organizations.

For over thirty years “Lasta” has been present on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The transport market of the Republic Srpska is serviced by Transport Company “Lasta” with 15 lines and 37 daily departures, thus making an average monthly mileage of about 215.000km. Apart from the regular lines, “Lasta” maintains also the seasonal intercity lines connecting Belgrade with well-known winter tourist centers in Serbia. During the summer season Belgrade is also connected, with seasonal lines, with summer resorts on the Montenegrin coast.
