Terms and conditions
1. The ticket is issued to a personal name and cannot be assigned to anybody else. The ticket must be presented to each official request. Ticket coupons without a folder/cover and tickets with all the necessary data completed but without seal, are not valid. The ticket validity time counts from the date of started travel (departure).
2. Special discounts are foreseen for children, groups and elderly persons. The discount rate (percentage) is determined for each line/route separately.
3. Booking/reservation of seats must be provided when the ticket is issued. Reservations for the return trip must be provided at least 5 days before the date of departure, and the passenger will be accepted within the scope of available vacant seats. If the passenger had booked the seat for the return trip when the return ticket was issued he is obliged to confirm the date of his return trip of notify the change of his plans for the trip within at least 48 hours after he has completed a one-way trip. The carrier/operator reserves the right of selling the booked but unconfirmed seats.
4. In case of canceling the trip within at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure, the cost of returned ticket will be deducted by 10%, on account of expenses and booking charges. Unless the trip is cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure, the passenger is denied the right for refund on the ticket cost. The return ticket, used in one-way, can be returned for the unused part of the trip (return), but the cost of the one-way ticket will be deducted by 10%. The request for refund is submitted in writing to the address of the selling point where the ticket was issued. The right to refund ceases unless the request is submitted within the ticket validity period.
5. The passenger is obliged to abide with the rules and regulations pertaining to the luggage, as prescribed by the carrier/operator. Claims for loss or damage of the luggage, the passenger shall report immediately upon his arrival at the destination. Transport fare on hand luggage is not payable but the other luggage is acceptable against extra payment.
6. The passenger is obliged to abide by the rules and regulations of the countries relevant for the travel/trip, exit and entry document/papers and other regulations with regard to the customs, tax and other administrative authorities, both relevant to him personally and also to his luggage and hand luggage. The carrier/operator shall not be held responsible to the passenger who fails to abide with these rules and regulations.
7. Transport of animal is prohibited.
8. Carrier/operator’s responsibility covers the body injuries that the passenger suffers from the moment he gets aboard and to his leave of the bus, except for the damage/loss caused by the very passenger of the nature and condition of his luggage.
